Stock Availability

The stock availability indicator can only be treated as a general guide and is updated once every working day. There are occasional chances that an order of the exact product may be placed minutes before yours. You will be notify as soon as possible if that happens and a full refund can be given if you do not wish to wait for the backorder.

Delivery Charges

$ 7.5 for anywhere in Australia.


International “Air Mail” delivery charges are: $ 20 for anywhere in the world.

Delivery Lead Time

For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 3-8 working days from date of clearance of payment providing stock is available for delivery.
For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
Despite the fact that we try our very best to keep at least 80% of what we sell, certain products are hard to obtain. If there’s a delay to your order, you’ll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) via email or phone.

Can I buy directly from your Pick Up Centre?

We do not keep all our products at the Pick up centre. Over the counter sales are not possible. Please order over the internet specifying “Pick up” in the comment section on the order form and pay for it first if you wish to pick up from our Pick Up Centre. Please disregard the freight charges for pick up. You will receive a call or email from us when your goods have being allocated and ready for pick up. It is generally 1-2 days after receipt of payment providing stock is available.

Our Refund/Return policy

  • Product exchange is only available with a valid receipt.
  • Exchange of goods is available within 21 days.
  • Refunds are only available for faulty goods.
  • No exchange on sale item.

We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping will not be refunded.
